We have an amazing opportunity for Qualified and Registered Early Childhood teacher to join our amazing team at Busy Bees Hastings! As a Kaiako with us, you will be working alongside passionate and caring teachers who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our tamariki.
 

About us:

Busy Bees Hastings has a cosy nursery, separate toddler space and an adventurous kindergarten environment. Each area has their own separate outdoor space providing endless opportunities to explore the natural environment. Our centre promotes an inclusive environment where tamariki develop knowledge and understanding of NZ’s dual heritage, culture, language and identity as well as recognising the diverse cultures of our community.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Huge reserves of enthusiasm and energy
• Competency in planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews
• A personality that builds and develops strong relationships with staff and parents/whanau
• An ECE or Primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand
• A nurturing, caring disposition, and passion for supporting young children to thrive
• The ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whanau
• Excellent communication skills
