We have a wonderful opportunity in our 2-3.5yrs room for a Team Leader to join our amazing team of teachers at House of Wonder Cambridge! As a team leader, you will be inspiring both our tamariki and kaiako, bringing your unique brand of fun, energy, and passion to our team!
About us:
Picture a place where your little one gets to explore, create, and learn through play and collaboration. In our Reggio Emilia-inspired centre, our Kaiako act as facilitators, guiding children's learning and supporting their interests and ideas. The environment is designed to be sensory-rich, with natural materials and open-ended resources.
About You:
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children and have a warm, caring and kind disposition. You will be an outstanding communicator, friendly, approachable and enjoy a challenge. A genuine passion and ability to respond to the development needs of our tamariki through planning and curriculum would also be high on the list of skills we are looking for. A Level 7 qualification in ECE or Primary and a current Practising Certificate is a must!
