One of our lovely teachers will be going on maternity leave from September 2024 – September 2025, meaning we have a wonderful opportunity for a Registered Teacher to join our amazing team of teachers for a Fixed Term period!
About the Centre:
We are so fortunate to be a part of the wonderful Rangiora community, in North Canterbury, participating in local celebrations, supporting local businesses and events such as making scarecrows for the Rangiora Food Garden and participating in the Woodend Spring Fair and Santa Parade each year. Through this connection we get to know our individual families so well.
Busy Bees Southbrook kaiako and whānau form strong trusting relationships which support well settled tamariki to take on transitions with ease. We strive to create a sense of belonging, welcoming new families in as part of our childcare centre whānau.
About you:
The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering a high standard of learning and care to all our children, have the ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whanau and be approachable and ready for a challenge! Level 7 qualification (or NZQA equivalent) in ECE is a must with full or provisional registration. With an open mind to different philosophies, the right person will have plenty of opportunity to continue their own development among a team of highly professional educators.
