We are delighted to partner with Northern Arena to be able to offer you FREE Childcare Sessions to support you and your family to achieve balance, wellbeing, quality and affordable experiences for both parent and child.
These FAQs are designed to answer your initial questions, however if you have additional questions, or would like to speak to us directly, or come and check us out, feel welcome to contact us. Don't forget to mention NASESSIONS when you enquire!

Sign up before the 1st of September and receive a free Busy Bees swimming pack, for the first 20 enrolments!
What are the minimum hours/days I need to commit to?
We recommend a minimum of 2 days per week for consistency, to ensure your child feels safe and settled in our care whilst you are away.
What is the maximum no. of hours per day as part of this offer?
You are welcome to book up to 6 hours, 5 days per week under this special offer. If you would like extra hours on any given day – just speak to us.
How do I sign up?
An initial enquiry form is linked at the bottom of this page. Just fill it out and we will be in touch. Use the promo code NASESSIONS in the comments field so we know you are enquiring on this special offer.
How soon can I start?
Once the initial enrolment and booking is complete, we just require you to accompany your child on their first settling visit, then you’re ready to start.
How long does this offer go for?
This offer is available to families for 12 months from their start date.
What about food for my child?
Our centre has an inhouse cook who follows our amazing Nourish seasonal menu. Depending on the time of your booking, lunch and snacks are included. If your child has specific dietary needs, just let us know.
What if we need to miss a session?
We understand life happens, so if you need to adjust your booking or can’t make a session, just let us know as soon as possible.
What if I want to change my regular hours/days?
Changes to your booking is no problem, provided they still meet the conditions of the offer. We ask for 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to permanently change your regular booked hours.
