We have an exciting and pivotal leadership role within Busy Bees Aotearoa for a Regional Manager overseeing the Canterbury Region. This role will offer you a new challenge, significant variety and the reward of being part of an exciting innovative and people-focused organisation.

Do you have an impressive and comprehensive range of skills and knowledge in Early Childhood Education? Are you currently in a Regional Manager role or an experienced Centre Manager ready for the next progression in your career?

Your role as Regional Manager will require you to oversee the full operation of the running of several centres throughout the Canterbury Region, regarding compliance and staff development. You will use your previous expertise in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centres are maintained and use your interpersonal skills to create an inclusive environment for children, families and staff.
