We have a wonderful opportunity for a Team Leader to join our amazing team of teachers at Busy Bees Whitby. As a team leader, you will be inspiring both our tamariki and kaiako, bringing your unique brand of fun, and energy to our team!

Our centre is well maintained, with natural resources and equipment to inspire inquisitive minds and provide physical challenges for children of all ages, in both our indoor and outdoor environments. With huge, outdoor play areas, for both our under and over 2’s, our children have plenty of space to explore nature in a safe environment.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all our children and have a warm, caring and kind disposition. You will be an outstanding communicator, friendly, approachable and enjoy a challenge.   A genuine passion and ability to respond to the development needs of our tamariki through planning and curriculum and a Level 7 qualification in ECE or Primary and a current Practising Certificate is a must!
