About us
At Silverstream Early Learning Centre by Busy Bees, learning stretches outdoors and in. Our nature-based, holistic approach invites tamariki to co-create their journeys, with whānau closely involved through Storypark. Ruru Room offers calm, cue-led care for our youngest children. Kiwi Room sparks curiosity and contribution for 2–5s with emergent projects from children’s interests. Big, well-resourced outdoor spaces invite planting, bug hunts, climbing, and joyful play. Transitions are paced by readiness and shaped with whānau through gentle settling visits so each child feels seen, secure, and proud.

About you
You’re friendly, reliable, and quick to connect. You communicate well, bring a caring presence, and can step in at short notice. ECE experience is a plus, but heart, initiative, and a love of learning matter most.
