Busy Bees Westgate is part of Busy Bees Aotearoa, a nationwide whānau that backs its people to grow. The role:

You’ll move across rooms to keep the day flowing, supporting routines and transitions, setting up open-ended play that invites discovery, and teaming up with kaiako to hold safe, inclusive spaces. It’s casual relief, so you choose your availability and may be called at short notice.

About you:

You’re warm, reliable, and a clear communicator who enjoys being part of a team. Children relax around you because you offer calm structure and genuine kindness. You’re comfortable taking initiative when it helps. Maybe you’re studying ECE, considering it, or bringing experience from childcare or education support. Most of all, you’re eager to learn, ready to help where needed, and happy to celebrate the small wins that make a child’s day.
