About us:

Busy Bees Frimley is a warm, community-focused centre where every child is seen as unique and special. As part of the Busy Bees Aotearoa whānau, we offer the heart of a local centre with the strength of national support. We have two beautiful learning spaces. Pōtikī, our under twos room, provides a calm and cosy environment where infants build strong, trusting bonds with kaiako. Tuākana, our preschool room, supports older tamariki as they grow in confidence, independence and curiosity. Both rooms have their own outdoor areas filled with natural play opportunities. Our kaiako work in partnership with whānau and create meaningful learning experiences that reflect our values of aroha, whanaungatanga and purposeful practice. With nourishing meals prepared daily, thriving garden spaces and a genuine community connection, Frimley is a place where tamariki feel safe, supported and excited to learn.
 

About you:

You do not need an ECE qualification. You simply need genuine warmth, patience and a love for working with young children. You communicate clearly, follow routines well and enjoy being part of a supportive team. You bring a calm presence, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous ECE experience is helpful but not essential.
