Fixed Term Financial Accountant | Busy Bees

The Role
This is a hands-on role with a strong technical accounting focus. You will work alongside a very experience Financial Controller providing strong accounting support to assist in meeting our December financial year end Group and Audit deadlines

Key priorities include:

• Provide month end and year end support

• Produce Year End group pack

• Assist in preparing the consolidated annual financial statements

• Liaising with Australia and UK

• Supporting financial reporting and compliance processes

• Acting as a key contact for auditors and tax advisors

• Project support

We are looking for:

• Experience in technical financial accounting in NZ, including IFRS16

• Experience with Impairment modelling and forecasting

• Someone very proactive, self-starter who has a solutions mindset

• Strong time management

• Excellent communication skills
