Step into a space where every voice is heard, and every day is an invitation to discover something new. At Busy Bees Stoke, we believe that growing young minds is a sacred task that requires special moments of wonder and awe, and we are looking for someone special to join our journey.
We now have two opportunities available in our fast‑growing centre — one full‑time and one part‑time at 20 hours per week.
About us:
Busy Bees Stoke is an inclusive whānau built on the rich history of the land we stand on. We honour the stories of Awa Iti and Awa Nui, the life-giving waters that once flowed through this vibrant landscape, and we see our role as kaiako and support staff as a continuation of that flow, passing down knowledge to nourish the roots of the next generation. Our environment is one of intentional and curious exploration, where play-based learning allows children the time and space to truly understand their world. From our leadership team to our support staff, we are guided by the values of Whanaungatanga, Aroha, and Kaitiakitanga, ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors is embraced for their unique personality and heritage. While we are deeply rooted in our Nelson community, being part of the Busy Bees Aotearoa network provides the professional security and career pathways that allow our entire team to flourish.

Why Work for Busy Bees?
If you’re passionate about early learning, Busy Bees is the place to be. Although we are part of a global organisation, our company was founded by three families looking for better, more enriching childcare. Three decades later, we still keep the same values at heart.
We know that we couldn’t do what we do without the important people in our teams. We invest in our people and work with them to build career pathways that inspire.
