Busy Bees Te Rapa is looking for a Part-time Centre Administrator to support our kaiako, whānau and Centre Manager for 20 hours a week across Monday to Friday.

About you
You are a warm and professional individual who thrives in a busy environment. You have high attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy in all record keeping. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with whānau from diverse backgrounds. You are tech savvy, comfortable learning new software and have the ability to multi task and work with initiative. Knowledge of ECE legislation, funding, and WINZ subsidies is highly preferred.
The mahi:
Greet parents, visitors and tamariki and support positive daily interactions
Manage enrolment and attendance information in Discover and other systems
Support invoicing, receipting and basic debtor follow up
Answer phone calls, emails and day to day enquiries
Prepare reports and support compliance and licensing requirements
Coordinate information between the centre and Support Office
Assist the Centre Manager with general admin and organisational tasks
Help with events, parent evenings and community connections
