Growth Mindset: A budding interest in Te Whāriki and a commitment to your own personal and professional development.
Reliability and Care: A high standard of personal care and hygiene, ensuring our learning environment is always safe and welcoming.

Guiding Learning: Working alongside the teaching team to implement the curriculum and guide the developmental journey of each child.
Nurturing Excellence: Maintaining a high standard of physical care, including hygiene, safety, and healthy meal times.
Fostering Connection: Building strong, positive relationships with whānau and creating a supportive, inclusive atmosphere.
Collaborative Practice: Maintaining effective working relationships with the whole team and helping to eliminate hazards in the environment.
Documenting Progress: Assisting with child profile books and sharing the joy of learning with parents through our online portals.
Why you’ll love it here:
Teacher in Training Programme: We provide a dedicated programme with mentoring and coaching to support you if you are working toward your ECE qualification.
Ongoing Learning: Access regular professional development and stay current with the latest trends and theories in early childhood education.
Holistic Wellbeing: Enjoy monthly wellbeing initiatives, EAP access, and covered costs for your annual flu vax and First Aid certification.
Practical Support: To make your workday easier, we offer discounted childcare fees and staff uniforms.
If you are ready to join a team that values your heart, your skills, and your connection to community, we would love to hear from you

Why Work for Busy Bees?
If you’re passionate about early learning, Busy Bees is the place to be. Although we are part of a global organisation, our company was founded by three families looking for better, more enriching childcare. Three decades later, we still keep the same values at heart.
We know that we couldn’t do what we do without the important people in our teams. We invest in our people and work with them to build career pathways that inspire.
