The Opportunity | Te Āheinga

We have loads of strategic marketing projects running and we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to organisational priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives that enhance our customer experience, strengthen our digital presence, and support centre growth. 

This role is based in Orewa and is on-site Monday to Friday - it's a dream role if you live in the area.

 

The Mahi

Project Coordination and Delivery:

  • Coordinate and support the successful delivery of key marketing projects

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking tools

  • Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or delays

  • Ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time  

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners where required  

Reporting and Process Support: 

  • Provide regular project updates, reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and rollout communications 

  • Support change management and adoption across centres 

  • Assist with system setup, testing, and rollout 

  • Support training coordination and resource development for end users 

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies  

 

About You | Mōu

  • Proven experience in project coordination or marketing coordination (minimum 3 years)

  • Experience in digital marketing or website projects  

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve proactively

  • Comfortable working with systems, digital platforms, and data  

  • Experience in ECE or other educational settings would be ideal
