We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECE Assistant Manager / Curriculum Lead to join our Busy Bees Brooklyn whānau. In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will support our Centre Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre while leading and nurturing our team
leaders and teaching team to deliver an inspiring, inclusive, and culturally responsive curriculum.
As a fully registered ECE Teacher you will be a natural leader and will be instrumental in helping to lead, develop and inspire a team of talented teachers. Our philosophy is grounded in the values of manaakitanga and aroha and we pride ourselves on creating a safe, loving and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
