Kākano Room for our pēpi centres secure attachments, individual routines and gentle, sensory rich care, while Kōhuri Room for older tamariki invites challenge, responsibility and leadership through play. Our local curriculum is grounded in Te Whāriki and informed by Tātaiako, with creative, open-ended environments that honour each child’s identity. As a registered Kaiako with us, you’ll nurture a love of learning in a supportive, inclusive space where strong relationships and belonging set tamariki up for lifelong success.
 

About you:

You hold NZ teacher registration in ECE or Primary and bring warm energy, clear communication and a reflective mindset. You value bicultural, inclusive practice and help tamariki feel confident in their own language, culture and identity while being accepting of others. You build strong relationships with whānau and colleagues and enjoy working in partnership around children’s interests, goals and holistic development. Planning, assessment and review are part of your practice, not just a compliance task.
