The mahi:
The role of the Assistant Manager is to plan and guide the educational and developmental journey of our tamariki. You will be a vital part of the teaching team, role-modelling high quality practice and supporting your colleagues to grow their own capabilities in a respectful manner. Beyond the classroom, you will support the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations, including maintaining high health and safety standards and helping with marketing to maintain occupancy. Building strong whanaungatanga with our diverse families is central to what we do, ensuring they feel supported and involved in their child's learning.
